Biography
I am a Solicitor in our Medical Negligence department based in London, having qualified in May 2025.
Prior to my Training Contract, I worked as a Paralegal for just under 12 months in our Medical Negligence department. During my training contract, I also did seats in our Court of Protection and Serious Injury teams, both of which continue to complement my legal practice.
I have my own varied caseload which includes (but is not limited to) maternal injuries, surgical cases and fatal cases. I also assist on complex birth injury and spinal cases.
What do you like about working at Irwin Mitchell?
The colleagues and the culture. I am very lucky to be working amongst some incredibly talented yet approachable colleagues, and at a firm that genuinely allows you to have a work:life balance and cares about your wellbeing.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your role?
Being able to help clients and see the tangible impact that your work has made.
What inspired you to get into law?
I wanted to be able to help people through my work and make a meaningful difference to people's lives.
What do you do away from the office?
In my spare time, I enjoy running and gym classes, as well as spending time with friends and family. I love ticking off new cafes and restaurants in London. I ran the London Landmarks Half Marathon early this year for the National Literacy Trust.
