Eleanor supports Irwin Mitchell’s national Corporate team. She manages their knowledge systems and ensures that the team is kept up-to-date with the latest developments affecting the team’s clients and practice.
Eleanor previously worked in practice as a corporate solicitor for over nine years. She advised both UK and international clients on a variety of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, joint ventures and company re-organisations.
