Donna Seferta

Donna leads a team of specialist lawyers who represent businesses and individuals who have the benefit of legal expenses insurance.

The team represents clients in the Employment Tribunals and higher courts for complex whistleblowing, discrimination and dismissal claims.

Donna's key relationships with worker referrers and her knowledge and understanding of the LEI products, means her team performs ahead of competitors. Having operated in this sector for over 15 years, Donna and her team are highly regarding as being top in their field.

Donna also represents the national Employment Group in the regulatory and compliance landscape.

Recent highlights:

• Represented a large PLC vehicle repair company in a Tribunal claim where numerous allegations of discrimination and an allegation of unfair dismissal were made against the company. Donna succeeded in having the claim struck out in its entirety.
• Successfully achieved compensation on behalf of a client who claimed for unfair dismissal following a disability discrimination case. The client suffered with sleep apnea and his employer dismissed him before awaiting the results of ongoing medical tests.
• Negotiated a six-figure settlement for a former director of a large leisure facilities company after an unfair dismissal case went to Tribunal.
