Deirbhile is a Solicitor in the Corporate team. She has experience in a variety of domestic and international Corporate transactions, including: M&A, disposals, private equity investments, fundraisings, joint ventures and reorganisations.
Deirbhile advises individuals, fast-growth companies, owner-managed businesses and large international Corporates, providing all types of English Corporate advisory services from incorporation to exit or sale.
