David King

I specialise in representing clients who have sustained traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries and other serious injuries due to negligence, often in a road accident or an accident at work. I help clients to gain access to prompt, appropriate rehabilitation and compensation to pay for their ongoing needs. I hold specialist accreditations with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (‘APIL’) as a Senior Litigator and a Brain Injury Specialist. The most rewarding aspect of my role is making a genuine difference for people who have suffered life-changing injuries caused by someone else by securing the care, therapy, accommodation and transport they need to improve their lives.

What do you do away from the office?

I enjoy exercise including Yoga, running, cycling, walking and, previously, football. I also enjoy playing the guitar, singing, socialising with friends, family holidays and spending time with my young daughter.>/p>
