Biography
I qualified as a Solicitor in 2009 and since then I have worked exclusively in the personal injury field.
I help people seek justice after suffering serious and often life-changing injuries in accidents, through no fault of their own. This includes people who’ve been injured whilst at work, on the roads, and in public places, as well as bereaved families who have lost loved ones.
My initial objective in any case is to secure funding and organise a rehabilitation package to help my client recovery as best as possible.
I’m an experienced litigator and always aim to achieve the highest level of compensation for my clients to cover any medical costs or loss of earnings.
What is the most rewarding aspect about your role?
As clichéd as it sounds, the main reason I wanted to become a lawyer was to help people when they’re at their most vulnerable. Working with seriously injured clients is a good fit and allows me to make a positive difference to their lives. I genuinely believe that I am helping clients in a way no other area of law could.
Notable cases
Some recent successes include:
- A significant award for a cyclist who wasn’t wearing a helmet and suffered a mild brain injury, significant facial injury ,and orthopaedic injuries
- Representing woman who tripped on a step in a dimly lit pub, sustaining orthopaedic injuries. The defendant strongly denied responsibility but we secured an out-of-court settlement.
