I am an experienced Legal and HR professional with over a decade of expertise in employment law, Employment Tribunal litigation, HR management and employee relations.
I specialise in representing Respondents in Employment Tribunal proceedings and ACAS early conciliation. My proficiency extends to advising on intricate employment law and HR issues, including worker status, IR35, TUPE and Trade Union matters, as well as crafting and advising on Settlement Agreements, contracts, sale agreements and consultancy agreements. Engaged in corporate support activities, I also offer advice and representation to Senior Executives regarding various employment law matters.
