I act for lenders, high street banks, LPA/Fixed Charge Receivers and IPs. I have a particular specialism in enforcement of security matters. 

I advise lenders from initial loan distress to default and then enforcement and/or redemption. This can include reviewing and advising on the validity of security, reviewing other lending documents, preparing enforcement documents, realising assets and acting generally for lenders/banks and IPs/Receivers throughout their instructions.
