Chloe Holliday

I am a Solicitor in the Family Team at Irwin Mitchell. Whilst being based in the London office, I have experience of working on matters across the country. My experience includes acting for clients throughout their divorces, financial disputes, complex child arrangements and emergency applications.

I consistently assist in settlement negotiations as well as supporting clients through the court process, and am committed to guiding our clients through their matters.

What is the most rewarding aspect of your role?

The most rewarding aspect of my role is, for me, seeing people grow through the process until they reach the point of being able to move forward in a positive way. There is normally a positive switch in people's outlook at some point throughout any family law process, and this is a really satisfying thing to see.

What inspired you to get into law?

I have always been interested in the inner workings of the legal system, after first being involved with the law whilst working within the criminal court system as a witness support volunteer. I am passionate about helping people navigate a stressful, and often confusing process, and ending up at a fair outcome.

What do you do away from the office?

When I'm not in the office, you'll often find me throwing a dinner party for my nearest and dearest, playing a 5-a-side with my local (not particularly talented) football team, or planning my next travel adventure.
