Biography
I’m a Chartered Legal Executive, FILEX, in our London office, specializing in personal injury claims. I've worked in Law for about 20 years.
I act for both Claimants and Defendants (mainly large European insurers) on a wide range of claims including road accidents, accidents in the workplace and public spaces. These claims range from minor injuries to catastrophic injury claims, including brain damage, amputation and fatal accidents. I can also help with non-bodily injury motor claims involving high value credit hire.
All of my claims involve an international element, whether someone has been injured when visiting the UK or the accident has taken place abroad. These cases frequently involve cross-border and jurisdictional issues as well as the application of foreign law.
