Biography
I'm a partner in the Court Of Protection team based in our Birmingham office.
I am a specialist in the field of damages management. I assist individuals to manage their personal injury or clinical negligence compensation, either through the Court of Protection or by way of a personal injury trust. I assist professional and lay deputies and trustees on many varied and complex high value cases. I am experienced in all forms of Court of Protection property and affairs applications and with my specialist private client background have a particular interest in complex trust and statutory will applications.
I also work closely with PI litigation teams to provide litigation support evidence in personal injury claims, working closely with the professional Deputy to ensure that full and comprehensive witness statements detailing past and future Court of Protection costs are prepared to support the claim.
