I am an Employment and Professional Discipline solicitor, and I work with senior executives and regulated professionals who are often facing some of the most challenging moments in their careers.

Employment disputes can often feel incredibly stressful. My role is to guide you through the process step by step by providing clear and practical advice and ensure you understand your options and have the support you need to achieve the best possible outcome. I have experience negotiating successful settlements, including securing injury to feelings awards in discrimination matters, as well as supporting clients through the litigation process when needed.

I specialise in advising on a wide range of employment issues, including:

• Termination of employment, negotiated exits, and settlement agreements
• Unfair dismissal
• Discrimination
• Redundancy
• Whistleblowing
• Disciplinary and grievance matters
• Claims in the Employment Tribunal and litigation strategy.

I also have experience advising employers, including assisting with investigations following employee grievances, which enables me to bring a balanced and well-rounded perspective to workplace disputes.
