Callum Mackie

Callum commenced his training contract with Irwin Mitchell in 2023, undertaking seats in Restructuring and Insolvency, Corporate, and Employment. He qualified as a Solicitor in the Employment team in 2025 and is based in Birmingham. Callum specialises in advising both businesses and individuals on a wide range of employment law matters, covering both contentious and non-contentious issues.

His practice includes negotiating and drafting settlement agreements, guiding employers through redundancy and restructuring processes, representing clients in the Employment Tribunal, advising on the employment aspects of corporate transactions and providing day-to-day HR advisory support on disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence management.
