Biography
I joined Irwin Mitchell in 2021 working as a Law Costs Draftsman within the specialised multi-party team and moved into the Costs Technical Team in 2023. In my current role as a Costs Technical Analyst, I give advice on technical costs issues and queries, undertakes negotiations to settlement and am currently training to become an advocate within the team.
I've worked in costs since 2018 and am an associate member of CILEX. I have a view of qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive within the next couple of years.
With previous experience dealing with costs matters from cradle to grave, I have experience in the preparation of Bill of Costs, Costs Budgets, Replies to Points of Dispute, Applications and negotiations to settlement. I've dealt with many areas of costs including complex personal injury, multi-party matters, international claims, work-place injury, and commercial cases. I have experience dealing with lower value claims to multi-million pound claims.
