Biography
I’m an associate solicitor in the Wills, Trusts and Estates Disputes Team in our Gatwick office and also spend time with the team in Chichester.
I specialise in a range of disputes which may arise after someone has died, including:
- Will validity challenges
- Claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975
- Disputes between executors and/or beneficiaries
- Proprietary estoppel cases
I act for individuals and partnerships or companies nationally both in advancing and defending these claims.
I know this is a very emotionally fraught and often stressful time for my client and their family so I always aim to provide clear advice to help them achieve the best result for them. I always take their personal circumstances into consideration.
