Biography
I am a Solicitor in the Will, Trust and Estate Disputes.
Day to day I deal with a wide variety of claims involving contested Wills, including:
- Challenging or defending the validity of Wills for lack of capacity, undue influence or fraud
- Disputes in respect of the conduct of Executors and Trustees
- Claims for financial provision from estates on behalf of a variety of applicants including children, spouses, cohabitees and dependents

Providing sensitive and practical advice to clients to help them achieve their aim at what is undoubtedly an extremely difficult time for them.
What Do You Do Away From The Office?
Away from work I play lacrosse for Yorkshire and Sheffield. When I am not playing lacrosse I enjoy walking in the Peak District which lends itself well to another hobby of mine - photography.
