Biography
Niall is Managing Partner of the Court of Protection and Public Law & Human Rights Teams within Irwin Mitchell. He has been with Irwin Mitchell for over 25 years.
In 2010, he took over as Head of Business & Private Client, and following a business reorganisation in 2011 became the Chief Executive of the Business Legal Services division. In November 2016 he returned to take over the management of the teams he originally established.
