Arabella Snelling

Arabella is a dedicated and highly capable criminal defence Solicitor in the Regulatory and Criminal Investigations Team, with a wealth of experience, having worked in criminal defence since 2018.  Arabella qualified as a Solicitor in 2022 and has been part of the Team at Irwin Mitchell since July 2025.  

She specialises in defending clients for a wide range of criminal matters. She has a particular interest in cases involving serious dishonesty offences, Court Martial prosecutions, Dangerous Dogs Act and Misuse of Drugs Act charges.  

She provides comprehensive representation from the very start of an investigation, including interviews under caution and effective pre-charge engagement with the authorities, through Court proceedings to the conclusion of the case.  

With a strong commitment to protecting her clients’ rights and achieving the best possible outcomes, she offers clear, practical advice and robust representation at every stage. She understands the complexities and sensitivities of criminal law and works tirelessly to ensure that each case is handled with professionalism and care.
