I have worked across non contentious and contentious matters in the environmental space, including conducting environmental due diligence as part of corporate transactions and guiding clients through judicial review processes and Commercial Court disputes.

I have advised on compliance with a number of regulatory regimes, including assisting clients to navigate evolving ESG disclosure requirements and advising on sustainability certification schemes, product safety requirements for takeback of electronic waste and compliance with ASA rules on greenwashing and comparative claims.

I hold an LLM in Environmental Law and Policy and have experience working in the charity and research sectors.
