I specialise in all areas of Will, Trust and Estate disputes. This includes claims for financial provision under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 and claims relating to the validity of a Will. I also advise on disputes between beneficiaries and personal representatives.
I have advocacy experience and experience of resolving disputes using alternative dispute resolution, such as mediation.
What inspired you to get into law?
I came to law later than usual when I made the decision to pursue a career that would fulfil me and provide me with a great level of satisfaction.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your role?
I have a passion for working with my clients to achieve results. This is an area of law whereby emotions can run high and there is often an emphasis on preserving relationships.
