Biography
Alison is a legal assistant working within our construction team. Alison specialises in negotiation of the full suite of construction documents on all manner of construction projects. She also works alongside colleagues in other departments to assist with any construction elements of banking and real estate transactions.

- Acting for a developer for the construction of distribution units in two different locations along with the conditional forward funding of the land to a US fund
- Acting for a high-profile developer of student accommodation on their recent development in Manchester
- Acting for a well-known London retailer on their recent shop refurbishment
- Acting for a developer of a large-scale retirement living complex in London
