Irwin Mitchell Appoints Banking & Finance Partner in Manchester

Irwin Mitchell has recruited banking and finance partner, James Szerdy, into its Manchester office as it continues to invest in growing and adding depth to its range of business legal services across the North West.

James joins from DWF, where he was a partner, and brings extensive experience in corporate lending, real estate finance, the debt aspects of private equity, and complex restructures and turnarounds.

His expertise gives him national coverage with a range of financial institutions and in particular covers both the Manchester and Liverpool markets, making him a valuable addition to Irwin Mitchell’s regional offering.
