Irwin Mitchell Advises Praxis On Acquisition of 63 Acres of Kings Hill Town Centre

Lawyers at Irwin Mitchell have advised Praxis, the UK real estate investment and management platform, on the acquisition of 63 acres of Kings Hill town centre in Kent. The acquired site will add almost half a million sq ft of mixed-use commercial space to Praxis’ growing UK portfolio.

Kings Hill is an award-winning mixed-use development in the heart of Kent, developed on the 650-acre former RAF West Malling airfield. It is set within a landscaped parkland and home to more than 50 businesses, including Rolex’s UK headquarters, over 3,200 residential homes, three schools and around 200,000 sq ft of retail and leisure facilities.

The team at Irwin Mitchell was overall led by London Real Estate Partner, Ayesha Hasan assisted by Real Estate Solicitor Delver Punia, supported by members of the wider national property team, as well as involving multiple teams across the firm from transactional real estate, corporate, planning and banking.
