TeCSA Panel Appointment For Irwin Mitchell's Alex Delin

Law firm Irwin Mitchell’s Construction partner, Alex Delin, has been named as an accredited adjudicator on the Technology and Construction Solicitors Association (TeCSA) panel.

Alex has a wealth of experience and expertise in construction law including mediating, arbitrating, adjudicating, and litigating actions in the Technology & Construction Court, primarily under standard form JCT, NEC, RIBA, and bespoke contracts.

TeCSA has played a significant role in the development of adjudication as the primary method for resolving ‘first tier’ disputes in the construction industry. Since 2009, it has operated its own adjudication service for disputes of all values. It successfully launched a Low Value Disputes (LVD) Adjudication Service for claims for payment of up to £100,000.
