A Total Of 48 Newly Qualified Solicitors Have Now Started Their Roles At The Firm Across The UK
Irwin Mitchell is celebrating a major milestone as its latest cohort of 36 trainee solicitors have now officially qualified after their two-year programme.
This achievement reflects both the dedication of the trainees and the firm’s strong commitment to professional development.
In addition to today’s qualifiers, 12 trainees qualified earlier in the year, bringing the total to 48 out of 53 trainees remaining with the firm—an impressive retention rate of 91%.
The newly qualified solicitors are spread across Irwin Mitchell’s national offices:
- 14 in Business Services Group
- 12 in Medical Negligence
- 9 in Court of Protection and Public Law & Human Rights
- 8 in Private Client Group
- 4 in Personal Injury
- 1 in General Counsel
In November, the firm will host its Newly Qualified Conference, designed to support individuals to transition successfully and confidently into their new roles, while continuing to develop their skills and competence.
This celebration comes just days after 51 new trainees joined the firm—reinforcing Irwin Mitchell’s ongoing investment in talent and career development.
