Irwin Mitchell's Data Chief Named In Leading Global Ranking

Gareth Powell, Irwin Mitchell’s Group Data Officer, has been named in the HotTopics Global CDO (Chief Data Officer) 100, reflecting the law firm’s approach to digital innovation.

This award, which recognises the top 100 Global Chief Data Officers who are leading the way with technological innovation and leadership, was announced at Digital Velocity EMEA 2024 in London on 5 June.

Gareth, who has over 20 years of experience in the data and analytics field, is one of only two CDOs in the global ranking who is working in the legal sector.

He was nominated by the judging panel which includes CDOs at organisations including Rank Group, The Adecco Group, Financial Times, Shell, Capital One, and Hiscox.
