Firm welcomes back specialist Will disputes solicitor to grow private client services in Bristol
Irwin Mitchell has added to its Private Client Services Team with the appointment of Senior Associate Solicitor Sarah Bolt who specialises in will, trust and estate disputes.
Sarah will be based at the firm’s Bristol office and will be the firm’s first private client solicitor in the region alongside existing family law, complex personal injury and public law teams.
Irwin Mitchell has the second largest private client team in the country and one of the largest contentious probate teams now with 52 lawyers nationwide and more joining in the coming months.
Sarah, who trained at Irwin Mitchell, joins from Freeths and has over 12 years of experience in dealing with high-value, complex, and cross-border trust, probate, and estate disputes.
Commenting on her new role Sarah said: “It’s great to be returning to the team at Irwin Mitchell where I trained as a solicitor 12 years ago.
“The firm has a great private client services team with a strong reputation across the country in a number of areas of law and I’m looking forward to playing a key part in its growth in the Bristol region. Irwin Mitchell continues to grow, most recently opening a new Brighton office to further add to its offering in the southeast of England. In the South, the firm already has offices in Chichester and Southampton as well as London and Gatwick. Opening in Brighton takes Irwin Mitchell’s office locations to 18 across the UK and follows successful new office openings in Cardiff and Liverpool in 2022.
