Irwin Mitchell Hires Top Private Client Litigator In Manchester

Irwin Mitchell has added to its Private Client Services Team in Manchester with the appointment of partner Stephanie Kerr. The team is the second largest private client team in the country and one of the largest contentious probate teams with 50 lawyers nationwide.

Stephanie comes from Brabners, where she was legal director in the firm’s litigation and regulatory team. She has extensive experience in advising clients on Inheritance Act claims, disputes relating to the validity of wills, disputes concerning the administration of estates and the duties of executors, as well as applications for guardianship of missing persons and contested Court of Protection applications and disputes relating to funeral wishes.
