New Recruits Mean Strength In Depth For South Yorkshire Legal Team
Irwin Mitchell has strengthened two of its teams in Sheffield with three new recruits and one successful apprentice promotion as it builds on its post-lockdown growth plans for the region.
Solicitors Racheal Harrison, Kate Maybury and Thomas Scott have been joined by paralegal Emily Dainty in Private Client Services which incorporates both tax, trusts and estate work as well as the contentious aspect of the same area.
Racheal, who qualified in 2017, has established herself as a dispute resolution solicitor with all-round experience in litigation. She has wide-ranging experience of running full caseloads of contentious probate and joins the Will, Trust and Estate Disputes team.
University of Sheffield graduate Kate Maybury joins from Raworths in Harrogate, where she was a member of the trusts, wills and estates unit for 10 years. Kate is also a member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and was the founder and former chair of the Probate Group at the Sheffield Law Society.
Thomas Scott joins from Bell and Buxton, where he worked with the Wills, Trusts and Probate team while completing his training contract. During this time he also gained experience in residential and commercial property and contentious probate, building his skills in the private client area.
