Serena is a Senior Associate in the London R&I team and leads on the contentious asset recovery offering.
A specialist insolvency fee earner with a particular focus on insolvency litigation, she is well versed in claims brought and defended under the UK insolvency regime with a growing cross-border distress advisory practice and interest in the digital asset space (most notably Latin America, Spain, Switzerland, and the UAE).
Serena acts for a wealth of clients including the top 20 accountancy firms, HNWI, foreign law firms, officeholders, creditors and individuals.
