I advise on residential landlord and tenant issues and have experience in statutory and voluntary lease extensions for flats and houses. I also specialise in variation of leases, collective enfranchisement claims, freehold reversion matters and 'right to buy' claims under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987.

I also deal with tenancy agreements, licences, Deed of Covenants, Residents Associations matters and residential leasehold management issues.
