As a Partner and Chief Information Security Officer, I place a strong focus on leadership, coaching, and developing teams to be high performing.
A former military intelligence operator, I’m a proven information (cyber) security and technology leader with a wealth of experience in multiple industries, including finance, online retail, manufacturing, and legal.
In 2021, I was honoured to receive the prestigious Team Leader of the Year award from the Ex-Forces in Business Awards, the world's largest celebration of military veterans in their second careers.
My unique approach to information security, known as the "Lead, Identify, Protect, Detect, Respond, Recover, and Learn" methodology, has allowed me to excel in creating effective risk-based security frameworks that can safeguard any organisation.
I’m recognised as a thought leader in the field, and I’m passionate about giving back to the community through education and engagement. My goal is to blend modern security theory with practical, hands-on experience to ensure that security makes sense to colleagues and empowers businesses to operate and grow securely.
