Deal Highlights Region’s Cross-Border Transaction Expertise
The Corporate team at the Birmingham office of national law firm Irwin Mitchell has advised US-based SCIO Health Analytics on its acquisition of Data Intelligence Ltd.
SCIO is a leading health analytics solutions company and its purchase of Data Intelligence, a Slough-based provider of business intelligence services to pharmaceutical sales and marketing functions, complements and further extend SCIO’s footprint in the life sciences marketplace.
Based in Connecticut, SCIO Health Analytics has over 650 employees and specialises in generating multi-million pound cost savings to clients in the health sector by integrating disparate data into actionable insights which enhance their value and proposition for patients, providers and health systems.
Founded by Mike Askew and Jon Axon, Data Intelligence will operate as a subsidiary of SCIO Health Analytics.
