• Successfully settling a claim on behalf of a manufacturing company who suffered over £400k loss when a contractor’s ground works caused subsidence, resulting in the manufacturing company being required to relocate. 
• Defending proceedings for a worldwide freezing injunction arising out of allegations of fraudulent conduct in a foreign jurisdiction.
• Conducting a claim on behalf of a group of companies that had suffered losses as a result of anti-competitive practices.
