Solicitors In Glasgow
Irwin Mitchell is based in the heart of the city, a stone’s throw from Glasgow Central Train Station.
We are a “full service” law firm, which means we provide a complete legal service to both individual and business clients.
Our solicitors in Glasgow also specialise in personal injury claims – in particular brain and spinal injuries. We pride ourselves on going the extra mile for our clients, and try to achieve settlements that aren’t just about compensation, but reflect their longer term needs.
We help clients from Glasgow and the surrounding area with a range of legal issues, including:
IM In The Community
Our Glasgow solicitors are passionate about supporting the local community. This commitment to giving back to Glasgow and Scotland as a whole was recognised in the Law Awards of Scotland 2013, where we picked up the “Corporate Social Responsibility Firm of the Year” award.
Many of our partners and staff are involved in charity work aligned to the area in which they work. For example, Elaine Russell, a leading brain and spinal injury solicitor (and partner at our Glasgow office), is active in supporting caused such as The Meningitis Trust. Elaine can often be found training for marathon charity swimming challenges in the icy waters of Loch Lomond!
Buddies Clubs and Services is our staff charity of the year. Started in 1994 by a group of parents in the northwest of the city, Buddies provides vital interaction for children and young adults with disabilities, in the form of after school and Sunday play clubs.
As well as this, Irwin Mitchell supports several causes linked to brain and spinal injuries. In 2013 we funded the production of the Momentum Skills Directory of Brain Injury Services – Grampian Area 2013. This 80 page booklet gives thousands of parents, carers, healthcare professionals and brain injury victims access to all the information they need.
