Recent Real Estate Deals
- Advised Redevco on the sale of its entire Turkish portfolio and management platform to affiliates of the Blackstone Group in a £200 million deal
- Acting for the Mansion Student Accommodation Fund on the acquisition of circa £160 million worth student accommodation for their expanding portfolio
- Acted for Gazeley on their transaction at Magna Park, Milton Keynes where Gazeley is to construct a 265,000 sq ft build to suit warehouse and production plant for drinks manufacturer AG Barr
- Advising JCC Ventures on the construction of the Jewish Community Centre for London on a site in Finchley Road, Hampstead and on the construction of a nine storey residential tower on the same site
- Advised Tishman Speyer on the sale of CAA house to Almacantar in an off market purchase
- Advised Curzon Capital Partners Ill, a Tristan Capital sponsored fund on its acquisition and restructuring of White River Place, in St Austell, Cornwall, with its joint venture partner Ellandi
- Advised Prestbury Investments in connection with the restructuring of the Southern Cross Group and the transfer of properties to new operators
- Acted for Caudwell Properties on the £143 million purchase of the Audley Square site in Mayfair for development
- Acted on the development and sale for £40m+ of mixed-use land in Buckingham, for the construction of over 700 homes and associated amenities

Acted on the creation of the East Devon New Community in Exeter for 3,000 new houses, commercial development, new railway station and public infrastructure and sustainable energy power plan
