Recent Employment Law Deals
- Advised a leading financial services business on TUPE, collective labour law and redundancy implications after it acquired one of the UK’s largest SIPP businesses;
- Successfully defended a national outsourcing business on a substantial multi-party Tribunal claim for age discrimination;
- Advised a large food manufacturing PLC after disposing part of its business on TUPE and an emergency restructure. The team defended multi-party Tribunal proceedings in the face of opposition from trade unions;
- Advised on a collective consultation process after our client acquired a leading UK IT hardware supplier.
