Driver Found Guilty Of Dangerous Driving
A man has been found guilty of dangerous/careless driving today (6 November) after a jury heard how he left two children critically injured when he knocked them down as they crossed the road outside their home.
Following a three-day trial at Leeds Crown Court, Mohammed Khalil Anwar was found guilty of dangerous driving after the incident on 18 August last year when he struck 10-year-old Sabah Saleem and her two-year-old brother Rayhan, before leaving the scene.
