Devon Police And HSE Launch Joint Investigation
Police in Devon have appealed for witnesses after a 22-year-old Slovakian man was killed in an industrial accident at a factory in Plymouth on Friday (October 18th).
Devon and Cornwall Police and the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) are investigating the circumstances of the death, which is believed to have occurred when the man was struck by a falling pallet at the Interfish factory at Wallsend Industrial Estate in the town.
Officers have confirmed the investigation is known as 'Operation Keypad' and have urged anyone with any information regarding the “industrial incident” to come forward as soon as possible.
