Latest Appointment Signifies Continued Investment in Business Team

The Birmingham office of national law firm, Irwin Mitchell, has appointed Solicitor Dee Kundi to its Commercial Litigation team.

Joining from HSBC, Dee has significant banking litigation experience which includes providing specialist legal support in relation to mortgage repossessions, professional negligence, data protection, and disputes concerning insolvency, lender service and consumer credit. 

Dee, who is the latest addition to Irwin Mitchell’s fast-growing business team, will support the continued expansion of the firm’s existing banking litigation practice. She will also assist the wider team in relation to other commercial disputes.
