JCB Injury
Health and Safety investigators have launched an inquiry alongside Thames Valley Police after a man died and two were injured after part of a JCB fell on his car in Oxfordshire.
The three men were sat in the car on a Linden Homes building site in Banbury when part of the nine-tonne JCB part landed on the car.
One man, in his 30s died on the scene while the injured were taken to Horton General Hospital.
