Leeds Man Knocked Off His Bike Receives £15,000

Irwin Mitchell have represented a Leeds man who was knocked from his bicycle whilst cycling along a country road. 

The car driver pulled out from a junction and collided with the cyclist causing him to be knocked from his bicycle. The man suffered a fractured shoulder requiring surgery, a hairline fracture to his left arm and fractured ribs.

The driver admitted liability and the gentleman received £15,600 in compensation for the injuries sustained and losses and expenses incurred including the cost of a replacement bike and equipment.
