The aim of this latest seminar is to explore the significant recent developments in the law relating to Deprivation of Liberty and the early impact of the Cheshire West case Judgement in the Supreme Court, which was handed down on 19 March 2014.
Polly Sweeney, Associate at Irwin Mitchell's Bristol office will provide an insight into how the new law impacts on health and social care practice, particularly on the Deprivation of Liberty scheme and Court of Protection work.
