Irwin Mitchell are hosting a Mock Employment Tribunal, on Wednesday 21 May 2014 at The Midland Hotel in Manchester.
With employers grappling with issues arising from social media, this case deals with a disciplinary hearing arising from such issues. This event will be an ideal opportunity for delegates to witness 'live' Employment Tribunal proceedings, which will be based on a real case presided over by our Employment Tribunal Judge.
This will be of particular interest to anybody who is involved in disciplinary procedures as it will provide an insight into the judicial process that might follow a dismissal.
The Mock Tribunal will be supplemented by additional input from Irwin Mitchell’s expert team of employment lawyers, who will provide further advice on adopting best practice to maximise the prospects of succeeding in a Tribunal, and to further explain some of the practices and procedures which the Tribunal process entails.
There will also be a chance to put your questions to solicitors from Irwin Mitchell’s employment law team during the course of the morning.
