Motorway Driver Receives Compensation

Miss H, a driver from Sheffield sustained injuries when she was travelling along the M621 motorway when a truck driver failed to brake and collided with the rear of her vehicle.

Miss H sustained soft tissue injuries to her neck, shoulders and back. Her back symptoms resolved within 6 months. She continued with intermittent neck and shoulder symptoms for 2 years following the accident.

The medical evidence confirmed that the minor ongoing symptoms would be likely to persist long term.
