15.08.2014

Leeds law firm Irwin Mitchell played host to a spectacular production by the Blunderbus Theatre Company at its offices last weekend, inviting children with disabilities and their parents or carers to join in the fun.

Over 85 guests attended the show of Dotty the Dragon on Saturday August 9th at Irwin Mitchell’s offices on Wellington Place and guests included the firm’s clients and families involved with local charities SNAPS and Little Hiccups.

Blunderbus is a professional theatre company with charitable status, established in 1998, which plays to 200,000 children each year, touring to theatres, arts centres, schools and festivals across the UK and internationally.

Actors performed the enchanting fairytale adventure with a very happy ending which came to life with live music, fabulous puppets and high energy storytelling.

Expert Opinion
We do so much work helping parents to access treatment and rehabilitation for their children to help them get their lives back on track after suffering serious injuries or medical negligence.

“A big part of that is doing the normal everyday things we often take for granted, such as going to the theatre and having fun. It was a pleasure to to transform our boardrooms into a magical theatre for this event and to see the uplifting story inspire the children who come along.”
