Compensation For Hand Injury At Work

Compensation For Hand Injury At Work

Our client, a refugee, was working for a company as part of a training scheme.
He was injured at work when his hand became trapped in a machine.

He sustained a laceration injury which resulted in the partial loss of the tip of his middle finger but fortunately he has maintained full functional use of his hand.

We helped our client to obtain £6750 in compensation following the issue of court proceedings, without the need for a court hearing.
