Our parent company, IMCO Holdings Ltd, is headed by Chairman Glyn Barker. Under the parent company we have five businesses that have all been approved as Alternative Business Structures by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA):

Irwin Mitchell LLP is divided into two main areas (Business Legal Services and Personal Legal Services). The firm is managed by a management board, made up of:
- John Pickering – Group Chief Executive
- Andrew Tucker – Chief Executive, Personal Legal Services
- Niall Baker – Chief Executive, Business Legal Services
The management board is responsible for the smooth running of the firm. It regularly reviews the firm’s strategy and its performance against key objectives and formalises our three-year strategic plan.
The board also plays a key role in securing new business and assessing risks to the brand and reputation of the firm.
