So far not impress , they told me at the start that a case handler would contact me and I've heard nothing from the since, I call them today and they haven't call me back, I'm still waiting to hear from them.

Some of the people I spoke to were quite snippy and rude when I asked questions or tried to provide information. But the first couple I spoke to were quite attentative. I feel like they are handling the case well but I wish there was more human interaction so I could get my story over better. Online updates make you feel like a number in a file.

Poor service. Delays, ignorance of my emails and requests.

23-Aug-2017: Your submission divorced from reality. The agency haven't done anything, neither did a file handle or a manager. The issues are not with the agency but with a rubbish service provided by this firm. So do not post lying posts.

They have been very efficient in getting on with my case and making the relevant steps as clear as possible going forward.
