I'm a specialist Family Law solicitor, based in our Chichester and Gatwick offices. Having qualified in 2004 I have worked in Family Law of over 16 years.
The majority of my work is focused on helping people to deal with the events that occur following the breakdown of a family relationship, including the financial issues that come hand in hand with the end of a marriage, civil partnership and cohabitation.
I also help people organise matters in advance with pre and postnuptial agreements, and help people involved in disputes concerning arrangements for their children.
What inspired you to get into law?
I wanted to do something that would be challenging but also rewarding. I want to see that I can make a difference.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your role?
Resolving matters, achieving a fair outcome and seeing that I have helped someone through what is often one of the most challenging times of their life is very rewarding.
What do you do away from the office?
I have three children and a Labrador so I enjoy spending a lot of my time outside walking. If I can find the time I also love losing myself in a good book!
'Throughout my divorce proceedings Victoria gave clear and concise advice and guided me to a positive result. I would not hesitate in recommending her, during this pandemic it was a challenge but with her reassurance and common sense approach the job got done. Irwin Mitchell have kept me informed throughout the process. Keep up the good work' - Mrs H, Client
